Why we built it

We spent years doing marketing for clinics and specialist doctors in Dhaka. We watched good practices lose money and patience to the same few things: a counter that never matched at the end of the day, treatment courses tracked in a notebook, every chamber keeping its own register, and a patient’s history living in a paper file nobody could find.

The software on offer was either built for hospitals somewhere else and translated badly, or sold on a feature list that fell apart the first week. So we built the thing we had been describing to clinic owners for years.

How we work

We are a small team, and we would rather ship a short list of things that work than a long list that does not. That is why this website names what is not finished, and why we tell clinics plainly that medicine safety warnings are not working yet instead of letting a doctor assume they are.

PatientDesk is currently in trial with clinics in Dhaka. We are not naming them here, because we have not asked them to be used in our marketing.
